The OP wasn't claiming that it was in stock anywhere, only that you could order it in store for delivery to the store.

Having said that, has anyone other than the OP been able to order one?
Let me rephrase it. You can't order it because they don't sell it anymore and she said they would take it off of the website.

OK, now let's start the thread crapping... can't replicate deal because OOS and "NO ONE ELSE" could replicate... Feels a bit like a sears outlet deal to me!

Sorry OP, TD.

Forgive my noobness, this is exactly what I've been waiting for...but I'm unable to figure out how to do this.

Can you only place the order over the phone using the SKU 301167 and that is how you get the $178 price?

Went to HD this (Mon.) a.m. There are none to be had. Zero in Houston District. Store cannot order them. None at corporate. Great if you got one but this is as close to DOA as I have found.

so are you going to do this for every single tool chest and then post them up? why not just add stuff like this to all the previous posts for the different tool chests so all the info is in the same place?
This guys been here a whole lot shorter than you and has more thumbs up on this thread than all of yours combined... as far as the community is concerned, you are utterly useless whereas he's been of help since his one year stay here. You can leave... garbage poster..

How many more posts tearing this guy apart do we need? seriously? The OP Copy and pasted the same post several times and set off a bunch of alerts unnecessarily. That's all he's saying. What is with the lynch mob in this thread? He wasn't even rude.

I actually APPRECIATE what the OP did here or I would have never known about it and I hope he keeps doing it!

What I really want to know is are YOU going to keep showing up like a TROLL and thread crapping on posts that I and everyone would like to know about?
but if he would have just posted info in the threads already posted about these tools chest, you would have all the info, tip, tricks that everyone had to share about their experience in one place. that way, the same questions would not have to be asked and answered. troll huh..i've been around here longer than you there young pup...

Go thread crap on Thelma for a while... that ought to keep ya busy! Big Grin

So it says not available online, has any one been able to replicate this? Does the store pull up a "different" way to order?
so my post is a thread crap in your opnion? maybe if he would have bumped the other threads about this tool chest, you would not have to ask the question you did. you would have already been able to read others experience and not have to wonder or post your questions. ever think about it that way?!

I support the comments above. If you are not interested....move on & find a more productive use of your time.
i was sugesting the OP post in the old threads, rather than wasting the time of the mods to move his thread and combine it with the others. i do find that a productive use of my time and the mods time as well. not to mention the time of all others searching here and receiving alerts.

so TU and reps mean a person is helpful?!! are you one of those guys that begs for likes here as well because you are not confident in the person you are in real life you need people you have never met to validate you? i was trying to help the community as mentioned above by having all the info in one single spot, rather than spread across several threads and having the mods move and combine threads.

come in here trying to help the community of SDers by suggesting info be posted in one single thread and updated as it goes and get blasted for it. then no one can even get this stuff ordered...cracks me up!!

I just bought one of these tool carts this afternoon at the Fairfax Home Depot new in the box at the $178 price quoted by the OP. It was the last one in the Northern Virginia area. If the OP hadn't posted this deal in a new thread, I wouldn't have seen it.

Thanks OP, thumbs up, repped!

you are not helping any community because if you were, you'd have a higher reputation. Like the countless replies you've received, people prefer single product-single thread posts. Look at the post after yours for example.

go troll elsewhere

so if the only sign of a helpful person here is reps, selma is the ultimate community helper here then huh...you make perfect sense!! or we could go by post count...in which i am more helpful than you. or we could go by age of membership...which again, i guess im more helpful! or by who is the bigger troll...i guess i win that one once again!! wow...you arent really helpful at all here when compared to me...that is, except to call out the trolls...at least you serve a function...good thing we have you here! i gave you 4 rep pts for that, BTW!!

back on topic, OP have you received your benches yet or did they cancel your order?

I called the home depot in Howell and they would not order it. They said it would be the same price as online.

By your logic I am twice the member that you are. In that case, I demand that you stop posting.
