Pradco[ebscoind.com] now owns most of those lure brands (now manufactured in China) and often sells them in "bait bonanza" bins of lures. I've recently bought a number of these lures at $1.50 each. They'll likely work fine. I've bought non branded lures shipped from China through Ebay and caught plenty of fish with them. The direct from China route cost me about $1.50 shipped for five non-branded lures.
The crazy thing is a nearby Walmart has the originals (independently owned, made in USA, different sku) for sale on peg boards for about $5 a piece and then these now Pradco owned brands (made in China) in bins for $1.50 each.
All in all I think they're fine but do wonder if the Zara Puppy's will hold up do to construction.

They had the stuff out tonight here. Not much to it. Mostly all very small Rebel and some other crankbaits. If you're using light spinning gear then you might find something. A few small square-bill cranks. Some cheap spinner and buzzbaits that are worth about $1.50. I wouldn't make a special trip for any of it.
