Kyle: Dude! I almost thought those Afghani kids talked you into not liking America. Stan: No, dude. America may have some problems, but it's our home. Our team. And if you don't wanna root for your team, then you should get the hell out of the stadium. Kyle: Yeah. Stan: <salutes the American flag> Go America. Kyle: <salutes> Go America... Stan: Go Broncos Kyle: Yeah go Broncos. Cartman: Yeah...
I buy that from time to time and keep some on my desk at work. You can only have 5-10 every few hours otherwise there are SEVERE INTESTINAL REPERCUSSIONS. My coworkers haven't figured it out yet though I do get compliments on how the sugar free gummi bears taste great, but no connections to the 30 mins spent on the toilet a few hours later
Thought I'd point out from the guidelines in the wiki that fruit juice would be allowed, and "juicing" whole fruit would definitely qualify. They are not "added" sugar, nor are they refined or artificial. That doesn't change the fact that fruit juice is on par with any sugar-sweetened beverage.
Juice is basically soda without carbonation, and juicing fruit is just the same thing - heavy processing of the fruit, removing the stuff that is "indigestible" but basically serves as the physical roadblock that keeps you from eating 20 apples at one sitting (vs. drinking the juice of 20 apples, which is easy).
