No one could tell you if these are good sheets because they are shipped in (likely from china) for this deal.

Reasons I am skipping it:
1) 1 review of this company online talks about a comforter that was not as advertised.
2) product is not sold anywhere so it's being shipped in for this deal - no way to tell of quality
3) deal lists some fake retail price of the product - but it's not sold anywhere. Retail price is just to make you feel like you're getting a deal. That should be a red flag.
4) company name was trademarked last year and the only thing they have done is a groupon comforter deal and these sheets. Plus liquidating what they couldn't unload from the groupon deal on Amazon. Read: no reputation.
COLONIAL HOME TEXTILES trademark by Amrapur Overseas Inc in CA in Nov 2012.
5) If you know about sheets you've heard thread count ALONE is the biggest marketing ploy and has very little to do with quality. 1000 thread count sheets could mean its double, triple, quadruple ply. So they can weave 4 or 5 threads together so they claim 1000 TC but is really 200 TC. A good quality single ply 1000TC sheet will set you back $300 per sheet for starters. No way this sheet set is that quality. My guess is its some 200-300 TC china sheets.
6) any ad that has a line like 'Egyptian cotton rich sheets' is suspect. Having to throw in words like rich in the middle of a description for no other reason than to make you feel like you are buying something of better quaility than it probably is in real life.

This importer who doesnt sell retail is likely unloading some $10 china made barely egyptian cotton "rich" sheets for $60, calling it a deal and telling you they "retail" for $350.

Save your money for a sale of real quality sheets that will last you a decade or more. Something from Pratesi, Yves Delorme, Frette, Sferra or Schweitzer.

Remember thread count does not mean quality. It's all about the yarn (quailty of cotton) and weaving process (thread count with low ply and a tight weave - usually only accomplished on older weaving machines found in Europe).

I agree, The "retail" prices listed on many of these deal-a-day sites are laughable.
