is it free to transfer the domain to another registrar -X2

lWhy not answer the question? This domain may be my project I will pour sweat.
It is very important...
Wherever you transfer it to will charge you, usually around the $7-$10 range. However, it will extend your registration an additional year. You do have to wait 60 days to request transfer of your domain.

Yeah the $38 renewal after the first year is a deal killer...thanks for the update
Why? If you transfer it after 60 days, you can get your domain for two years for ~$7.50-$10.
Just put an order through from the .50 link, said it would only be .50, and then it charged me 34.99. Called immediately to get it fixed and the guy said the special was over.
Just checked out and immediately received a receipt from Paypal for $.50.
Weird. When I called the guy told me it had ended. Then I received an email stating they do not issue refunds.
"In accordance with our Service Agreement, it is our policy not to issue refunds for domain name registration(s). Once payment is made for a domain name registration it cannot be changed or reversed. However, once the registration period is over you may choose not to renew the domain name."
Am I the only one who got screwed? Time to call the bank
I have a friend which made a lot of money buying domains as a hobby....
You never know which one might worth to some investor
People like that are like ticket scalpers. They buy domain names that they expect others to want just so they can make money. It should be illegal.

2, use paypal if you can and then in your paypal account make sure you turn off any access network solution's might create to your account;
I doubt that is possible. If you pay using PayPal then they will get teh email adress you use for PayPal and I doubt you can control that.

How to you change the HTML code?
Note that a site consists of two things, a domain name and the contents (HTML) of the site. The contents need to exist in a server that is always executing. The server is often called a host.

I bought yesterday night and I try to find it on google . But nothing pop up.
See the preceding. You need a host.
Quote from imgamekc :
Unless your going to develop these isn't there a transfer fee to move them to YOUR own hosting ?
You are mixing domain names and hosts. Transferring domain names is free. Transferring to a different host depends on the host.

I haven't dealt with Network Solutions before, but if they are the same company as register.com as some people say, I would avoid them like the plague.
Network Solutions is the "original domain name registrar". When the internet was new in the 90's it was the only place to get domain names.

Did I just buy the name only? And I have to pay extra to put stuff and design it
You need to pay for a hosting service. There are a few hosting services for free but they will show advertisemts in your site. If you do not mind showing advertisemts in your site and the site is small with few or no pictures then a free hosting service could work well.
To everyone mad about Network Solutions $12.95 "web forwarding" fee, read on -
I was very frustrated to find out that you could not "freely" (for free) forward your new domain to an existing URL. My existing URL was in the format of <servername>/~<username> and did not have a dedicated IP, so I couldn't use their DNS service to point to my existing website.
I called their toll-free support number, the support rep told me that there was no way to forward my new domain to my existing site without paying the $12.95 a year fee. I was very angry, I asked if there was a way they could release my domain and I would buy it from another site that allows forwarding for free. He then connected me to their customer care center, as soon as the customer service rep got online, I explained why I wanted to cancel and release my domain from their service, he immediately offered me the forwarding service for FREE. No additional fees, no hidden stuff. I'm sure this costs them nothing and I guess they are hoping to hold onto me when the domain comes up for renewal, but for now I'm happy!
