Is it OK to register online for the original $35 rebate while filling in the paper rebate form for the $25 upgrade rebate?
I went to the rebateshq, com and noticed that the original $35 rebate online form only requires original UPC+receipt, which is the same requirement for the corresponding paper form. Although, the $25 upgrade online form requires original UPC too which is different from the paper pdf form. so I think I will do the upgrade one on the paper form(not online).
Am I missing something? Can someone confirm that my understanding is correct? (I'd like to pre-register online as much as possible though in this case upgrade rebate is not a choice.)
thanks a lot.
You can use the "Proof of Purchase" tab for the upgrade rebate. See the post directly above yours for the image.
Sure, you can. You have the choice between the pre-reistration form and the pdf version. The advantage with the former is you get a tracking # and get to input your own details to minimize errors.
Further, you can send the pdf form for one rebate and the pre-reg for another. It is up to you.
Thanks. I am going to do the original online and upgrade on paper PDF since the online version for the latter require original UPC which we don't have any more after using it for the original rebate submission.
can anyone confirm this is the correct title page from the user manual(quickstart guide) I need to mail for the upgrade rebate?
That looks like cover page to me. The title page would be the first page of the actual text, that has the title, copyright information and so on. If I were you, I would sent a photocopy of a CD, and call it a day.
