Hey Guys & Girls! wave

Received this in my email today. I'm sure some people on here are Lumosity fans, or have been curious about it. This seems like a pretty good discount to me.

The code is "30DOLLARS." Will give you $30 off the Annual, 2 Year, or Lifetime Membership.

Update: Coupon code "EXCELLENT40" will give you 40% off the lifetime membership. (Thank you, elbirth!)

I'm not sure how long this is good for as it doesn't state it.

I saw a commercial for this on TV yesterday and have been messing with it, seems very interesting.. I kind of hate the idea of paying so much for it though.

For what it's worth, coupon code EXCELLENT40 takes 40% off, which gives a much bigger discount if you opt for the lifetime plan

Thanks, I added it to the post! Smilie I can't bring myself to pay for it, but I know some people out there love it.

I wish they were a bit more transparent on their pricing. Does anyone know what their actual prices are without registering? Also, does it actually work? Any legit reviews of their service?

I've done the full day's training yesterday and today (I just discovered it yesterday). While that's too short to determine if it's doing any good, it reminds me a lot of the Brain Age games for Nintendo DS, with very similar style games. A few years ago I used to play Brain Age daily for months and with that I did notice some general improvements particularly in the basic math skills and speed, and I did feel a little less cloudy when trying to focus on doing something.

With the similarities, I'm expecting the same here at least, and the games so far are pretty fun with a good level of challenge. I'm enjoying it so far, and it's definitely worth checking out the free tier.

I've used it regularly for about 3 months. The games are fun and quick, although limited in the free version. The games are decided based on the goals you set up in the beginninger - increase memory, flexibility, etc. In the free version, you can't change these goals so I play the same 7 or so games over and over. However, after three months, I'm still improving on them and enjoy it. I've been leary about paying for it, one cuz I'm a SD'er and two because the free version limits the amount of time I can play each day. The unlimited version does not. I already waste enough time on SD, don't want to start obsessing about Lumosity points! hahaha

How can I purchase the lifetime plan? I don't see the option when I go to unlock full access.
