Yes, I see that the posts are there, and it is active topic. However, when I performed search I did not look so far (meaning beyond two months). I guess I should have knowing that the deal is valid from 13-February-2013.
Anyway, my point here (in this post...) is that maybe you could implement a small change into search, such as "active deals" or anything what could narrow down the particular long lasting deals.
When you hit search with terms "MP3 Amazon credit" you get hundreds results that are sorted by date of initial post. So physically "lookers" will not see it if there was more than a few days from the day of post regardless of the deal being alive or not.
Plus, it gives (and it did to me) false impression that the deal has not been posted yet and as a result, when trying to share what one just learnt, on gets thumbs down... what is not constructive or supportive at all.
