Deal alerts not working
Hi-I started a deal alert for 'canon' , from which I got many emails. I tried to renew it, but it did not pick up and email me when a new post came out. I then deleted all alerts, then added 'canon', 'target', and 'sears'. Once again, although there were new posts with these names in the title, I received no email notifications. Mitch |

Can you direct to specifically which posts you were not notified about? Incidentally, canon is one of my alerts as well, so I can cross-reference.

I've noticed the same... I had a deal alert set up for myself, renewed it, and there was a milestone thread for me with my name, no deal alerts

Many posts overnight with my deal alert terms, but no emails. Could they be blocked as spam (but it did recently work, and I've made no changes to my hardware/software).

There was a problem with the DNS settings which would cause emails to potentially bounce. If you don't get any deal alert emails within a day, please let us know.

My deal alerts is not working today for any of my alert words. It has worked fine in the past.
