Care to explain? AFAIK, they will charge a fee if you haven't used all of the stored value after a certain period (6 months typically). I always use these cards to buy groceries. Never been a problem.
Skype balance becomes 'inactive' after XX days of not using skype (90 days?) and you have to click a button to 'reactivate' it.

Strange. The last time this deal was FP, I purchased $60 worth and still have $25 or so left. BUT the point is, there was a period in between where I barely touched Skype and definitely didn't use that balance, and not only did the balance not expire, they never zeroed it out either.

No, that expiry date is for the voucher code that you're purchasing. That expires on Oct 01.

In for 3 using 3 different facebook dummy accounts - all coupon codes came in a few seconds later and all worked on a single skype account.

$30 for an entire year's subscription for unlimited in/out calling and a year of a US phone number? Nice

HI,

I have the yearly subscription to skype, could I use this credit/coupon to buy another year?

If so, do you know how I would do it on skype? the purchase system is very strange on skype.

thank you

Thank you, OP. Got one and redeemed it. Works great. I may get a couple of more for me and for my family members.

I think it doesn't expire, it becomes "inactive" if no activity on balance for 180 days, but you can re-activate the whole amount just by pressing a button anytime you'd like, but be aware that this voucher expires at Oct 01, 2013 12:00 AM if not redeemed.
