They claim 'unlimited disk space' but state that their service isn't meant for file sharing.

I am creating a business that is a small live concert download service. I won't use it for file sharing but will keep definitely be keeping and inventory of my client's products to sell.

I am going to challenge a host on this if it comes up. Once it is in the black then I will pay accordingly for what I use.

They charged me around $26 for "site backup" and another service. I chatted with them and they apparently reversed them, but be careful!
When you make your initial purchase those items are auto checked, that's how you got charged you prob just didn't notice them marked. Smilie Glad they fixed it up for you.

Who is NS? Do they offer whois privacy for that price? I don't want my house address being available to the public

11:15am PST, deal still good.
Great deal, also got the add, thanks!
Exactly the same control panel as Netfirms uses. Got their $1/year deal last year, also unlimited domains (only $5.99 on privacy, though).
We live in a golden age of slick deals. Big Grin

P.S.: For cheap domain registration, just google "cheap domain". For reasons research will reveal, AVOID 1and1.com and (some will say) Register.com.

I unchecked them the first time, but they must have reappeared when I refreshed. It's a little sneaky, but $1 for hosting is super slick.

Get ready world, I'm about to have more startups than the Winklevoss twins!

Nothing special. You can usual get a sign on deal for <20 a year initially. The eventual price kills it.

Made a mistake..... Cleared Fatcow 19 cookies (have these guys ever heard of using a delimiter and parsing a single string or what?!?) and still don't get the offer page again... Not worth clearing all my cookies.

Might try another browser... but they seem to like to pile on alot of extras... anyone dealt with these guys long term? (or via a previous deal?)
