IF you have airline miles, you may want to check if the airline offers the economist magazine as a redemption option. For example you can get one-year subscription for only 3200 Delta miles. That's less than 32 dollars worth of miles.

If you're comfortable reading articles on Economist.com , no need to pay for it. Just clean the cookies of your web browser each time you reached the maximum free articles allowed on Economist.com. laugh out loud

Note that Magazines from Discount Mags do not auto-renew, so you don't have to worry about cancelling later Smilie

I am getting the economist that I paid for through discountmags. Yes, they are reliable.

Additional: In a earlier thread from last week, somebody pointed out that you can get the economist from ebay for much less. But I am not sure how reliable that is.

I think it adds to your current subscription, I've not had an issue with renewals (it's just been adding onto my current subscription).
