There will be at least one (1) Grand Prize Winner of the Sweepstakes and up to five (5) VIP Backstage Experience Prize Winners per concert date and location. Winners of the VIP Backstage Experience Prize are also eligible to win the Grand Prize.

A "VIP Backstage Experience" Prize is two (2) tickets to the concert selected by entrant, subject to availability, including VIP Green Room Access, Backstage Tour, Dinner in Artist's Catering, and a Swag Bag. The Winner of a VIP Backstage Experience Prize may bring one (1) companion (the "Guest"), who shall also be bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. VIP Backstage Experience Prize Winners will be drawn from all entries for each specific concert date and location on or before the VIP Backstage Entry Deadline Date listed for the specific Concert Date and Concert Location in the "Entry Deadlines & Concert Dates" section above.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The "Grand Prize" " is two tickets to the 2013 CMA Awards. The Grand Prize Winner will be drawn from all entries received in this Sweepstakes on or before the Grand Prize Entry Deadline Date listed in the "Entry Deadlines & Concert Dates" section above. The Winner of the Grand Prize may bring one (1) companion (the "Guest"), who shall also be bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. The Grand Prize includes one (1) hotel room for two (2) nights, round-trip airfare for two (2), airport/hotel transfer for two (2), dinner for two (2) prior to the event, and Swag Bags for two (2), all as arranged and chosen by Sponsor.

The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each "VIP Backstage Experience" Prize is approximately Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) per person (Winner or Guest). The ARV of the "Grand Prize" is approximately Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000).
