One has Husky on it and the other has DieHard. That's basically the only difference, other than the color of the jacket on the cables. Functionally, they work the same and unfortunately, both use copper clad aluminum wires. I would prefer full copper wires which can handle more amperage but everything is made as cheaply as possible nowadays. Unless you're trying to jump start a big truck with a dead battery that needs a lot of amperage, either should work fine.
