...menu choices thru to phone issues, talk to customer service rep.
1: Explained the issues
2: Asked if there was any credit available...'YES'
They looked up options for my account and found that I was eligible for a $25 credit on my bill for the next 4 months...'yes, thank you'. I might have been able to push for more, but felt the credit was fair given the issues I faced.
One friend got the same ( we're both on SERO - one of their cheapest plans). Another (on a more expensive plan), got his entire bill of $75 free for 2 months - again, without hassle.
Been a Sprint customer for many years, and have had a handful of credits over the years, but nothing ever this easy - it appears that Sprint has significantly up'd their CS and they are prepared with account-specific credits for those who are having problems with the new roll-out.
Go's without saying that YMMV, but if you're having any issues, probably worth a try.
NOTE: Time will tell, but the 'underground' word is that once new service is rolling - issues will be extremely rare - fingers crossed
