On a more specific note, I noticed that there have been a lot of concerns with how the all-in-one computers were shipped. Rest assured that those left our warehouse in brand new condition and the packaging got damaged in transit.
All future all-in-one computers will be shipped out in a separate heavy duty protective shipping box. This will protect against rough handling during transit, and will allow your computer to arrive without any damaged packaging issues.
