Hi Everyone,

Izzy Fisch here; Co-founder of Dealfisher.com.

First off, I want to apologize profusely to anyone who had to wait more than a day or two to get responses from us regarding issues with their order, RMA's, or refunds. This is truly unacceptable.

We experienced tremendous growth in a very short period of time (Thanks to you guys!), and therefore have gone through some growing pains.

Ginger, who is head of Customer Care & Experience, has recently joined our team, and she has done an excellent job of putting certain measures in place to make sure these delays will never happen again. All customer inquiries will now be answered within one business day. (Please keep in mind that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday as of now).

We, as an eCommerce company, understand that our growth is directly attributed to you; Our customers. We are honestly believe that your satisfaction is the only thing which will continue to fuel this company and allow us to continue featuring amazing deals.

If anyone has any questions at all, please feel free to contact me directly at izzy@dealfisher.com
I will be checking my email daily and I will respond to all queries as fast as I can.

If you have a question which is directly related to an order, please email either customerservice@dealfisher.com or Ginger.Greene@dealfisher.com

On a more specific note, I noticed that there have been a lot of concerns with how the all-in-one computers were shipped. Rest assured that those left our warehouse in brand new condition and the packaging got damaged in transit.
All future all-in-one computers will be shipped out in a separate heavy duty protective shipping box. This will protect against rough handling during transit, and will allow your computer to arrive without any damaged packaging issues.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this.
We really appreciate your support, and hope to be able to provide you with many more amazing deals and an excellent customer experience. Have a great day!

Sincerely,

Izzy Fisch

DEALFISHER is a scam. Two weeks and no reply to our e-mails. We need to take this company down. I will be contracting the district attorney for my state today to take criminal action. There is something very illegal happening with this keeping our money and not refunding it. Selling used computers as new. Some kind of insurance fraud with UPS too.

I've initiated chargebacks on my orders.. huge scam going on right now, and people need to be aware of it. I received some great items, but then a few weeks ago, received all non-working items. They immediately responded to emails asking to return ... after that - no response to ANY communication whatsoever, multiple emails. I even found a phone number for them that announced their name at the beginning of the call, got transferred to a live person, who said they have no idea who the company is. I told them it says DEALFISHER when you call this number and asks you to hold for a moment! They still said they have no idea what DEALFISHER is. Crazy.

Get your money back now from your credit card company. Do not wait another second. And a huge buyer beware when ordering anything else from this company right now. Seems to be one of those startups that puts a lot of money out in advertising and free stuff in the beginning to build a presence, then quickly goes under faster than you can snap your fingers.

They haven't been on their facebook page for a while now, either. Whoever is running it has probably long gone on a plane out of the country.

They are an ebay powerseller who started their own website so they can avoid the fees.

Now you have no buyer protection... D'OH

They are the genius masterminds behind the $199.99 Sandisk Sansa Clip (MSRP around $30), who, in response to my incredulous e-mail, stated that "as the supplies dwindle, price goes up". Riiiiiight...

DEALFISHER has $2000+ of my money tied up and I already returned my items for a full refund weeks ago.

I had to go to Paypal and request disputes on both charges. Still waiting on my refunds..
Company does not reply to emails.. wants to charge restocking fees even though they have none on their website.

REFUND YOUR CUSTOMERS

we need more details and more evidence. I dont' even know what " never replied any emails after $1500 items returns without refund" means and how that is a scam. Did you buy $1500 worth of items and tried to return it for are refund? If so, were the products defective or what??
