SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD & SPONSOR: The IDENTITY THIEF FILM SWEEPSTAKES ("Sweepstakes") starts at 12:01 am Pacific Time ("PT") on 06/04/13 and ends at 11:59 pm PT on 06/14/13 ("Online Sweepstakes Entry Period") for online entry and on 07/13/13 for the postmarking of a mail-in entry, both methods as detailed below. The Sweepstakes consists of two (2) monthly random drawings (each a "Monthly Drawing") each with its own specific Entry Period ("Monthly Drawing Entry Period") plus a "Threshold Promotion", with all as detailed below.
Sweepstakes Weekly Random Drawing Prizes: Ten (10) Weekly Prize winners will be selected in the Weekly Random Drawing, with each Weekly Prize consisting of one (1) film t-shirt (from available styles and sizes as determined at sole discretion of Sponsor) + one (1) tumbler. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Weekly Prize is $25.
Sweepstakes Grand Prize Random Drawing Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in the Grand Prize Random Drawing, with the Grand Prize consisting of one (1) multi-media tablet device + One (1) gift card (specific gift card awarded will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) in the amount of $100. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $599.
Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $2,099.
