Thread Details

Just purchased the i5 for $338 on Lenovo outlet yesterday...

And today got an email from Discover that I received a Discover Extra statement credit for purchasing from Lenovo.

Turns out $20 Cash Back (statement credit).... In essence, scored the laptop for $318 woot

So, make sure you use your Discover Card for your Lenovo Outlet Purchase...Plus current 2% cash back on top of that Smilie

Do you know how much you need to spend to get $20 credit ?
Only for specific members who received email ?

I received a letter in the mail stating I save an extra 10% cashback on Lenovo also. I don't know how this will stack.

Go to your discover account, search Discover Extras and see if the Lenovo deal is preloaded on your account...you will also find many other deals preloaded... Smilie

I believe you have to go through Discover Card's PPC link.

I bought a lenovo and used a promo code Doorbuster10 or something .... which eliminated any type of cashback. I used lenovo outlet as well which I was told was not the same thing as lenovo Frown

I have no idea what that is.

FW has 1 to 1.5% cb at outlet. Usually 2-6% for the normal store.

Simply add a favorite (generic or whatever) to your Bookmarks Toolbar and right click properties of the bookmark link.
Put in this JavaScript in the location (web address) then rename to whatever so you know what it is:
PHP Code:
javascript:void(location.href='http://evreward.com/store/find?url='+location.href
Then go to Lenovo or an E-Store and click on the bookmarklet.

It explains it here; Bookmarklets are great and speeds up processes on browsers:

$15K are you kidding me:

http://evreward.com/about/bookmarklet

As you add the Bookmarklet and then go to Lenovo.com I see 20% through Visa:

http://usa.visa.com/personal/disc...pageId=197

Maybe saved $3,000 doing it through a bookmarklet?

that's not accurate though, this is the outlet and not the regular site

that's why for example discover CB won't work

I don't have a Discover Card. I have Visa Debit.
Look at the forums and see that it worked for them:
