Need an easier way to add people to the ignore list
I can ignore threads with one click. I'd like something closer to that for users too.Click on user name -> Scroll down to view user profile -> click on ignore user -> scroll down and click on save -> then click again to move out of that page Suggestions: 1) After I click on save, send me back to the main page or at least to the thread I was browsing. I don't need to see that list again. 2) On the dropdown list for their user profile, you could have an "add to ignore list" option. If you think people might click it on accident, you can still have the save page. This will save at least one click. Edit: Even moving the "save" button to the top of the ignore user list page instead of the bottom would help a little Last edited by GoneForNow; 09-15-2007 at 03:47 PM.. |

I have a bunch of people there. Exact numbers aren't important, plus it's not like there's a counter there or anything and I am too lazy to count. Over a hundred. Most have < 10 posts. But it doesn't take much for me to see how annoying they are (at least to me)

I have noticed that sometimes I will be pissed off at some posters in one thread, then side with them in another (usually on a totally different subject).
By ignoring them you are potentially missing out on seeing behavior that may change your mind about somone. Specifically with the users <10 posts. $.02 |
