Looks like jacks are in the stand (vertical portion at least), which usually means non-vesa. However, description says "wall mountable" and stand appears to be 2 piece (Lower L shape+ flat vertical with plugs), so Im going on a whim and say "maybe", with the VESA mount behind that square logo panel in the back.
I agree that the Dell is a better quality monitor and if you were able to jump on the deal then that would have been fantastic. However the triple coupon that dropped it to $385 was deemed a mistake by Dell (they said the 3rd coupon shouldn't have been able to stack) and they corrected it within a few hours of the posting. The official deal from them was for about $480 and I believe has expired. So the choice is to get an lesser quality monitor now for $370 or wait for another Dell deal that will still be more expensive or hope for another price / coupon mistake. I'm faced with the same boat myself since I want one of these funky resolution monitors but don't know when to jump in.
