Shop Your Way Rewards offer free 5000 SYWR points (equal to $5) for joining personal shopper program at http://www.shopyourway.com/personalshopper

If you don't have Shop Your Way Max first, you will earn 90 days of Shop Your Way Max trial by joining personal shopper program too. (Current and past SYW MAX Program Members are not eligible for additional 90 days of free shipping.)

Note that 5,000 points will be credited to your account instantly and will be expired in 7 days.

PS. If you are new to Shop Your Way Rewards, don't forget to link your VISA card to Shop Your Way program at http://www.shopyourway.com/joinvisa for an addtional 7,000 points ($7)

Edit:
You don't become a Personal Shopper to get the $5. Instead you add a personal shopper to your account and once you chose a shopper you instantly receive the $5. If you signed up to be a personal shopper you need to go to your Personal Shopper Profile page, click settings, and OPT OUT of the Personal Shopper Program. Once you OPT OUT, go back to the original link in this thread and click on Add a Personal Shopper, select the shopper, login, and you should see the $5.

Edit 2:

If you're currently not a SYWR member, make an account first.
If you're already a SYWR member, first you login, then you go to http://www.shopyourway.com/personalshopper and then on the banner, click on FIND A PERSONAL SHOPPER, not BECOME A PERSONAL SHOPPER.

Then after that click on any one from the list, and then click on "Choose me as your Personal Shopper"

Now click on "START HERE", agree to the terms and conditions, click FINISH.

Then finally, sign-out, then once you sign back in, you'll see:
"Points alert 5,000 points expiring on Jun 21, 2013"

If you want to opt-out

Assuming you're signed in already, you click on your name at the top, then click on "Edit Settings"

Then on the left side click on "Account" I think......I just did it myself but I can't go back and see if that's what I really did because I did it already...

But basically you have to find the "Opt Out" button then click on that and then you'll be opted out.

1. After you Unfollow the shopper AND
2. After you Block the shopper

To Remove the Personal Shopper Program
1. Click your name at the top of the SYWR profile.
2. Click View Profile
3. Click Apps
4. Click the X to the right of the Personal Shopper Program
5. Click Remove

This will remove the Personal Shopper app as well. I would suggest doing ALL 3 THINGS to Opt Out.

You may have to wait a minute or so and just check back into the Apps to verify that the Shopper Program "removes" itself from your profile.

Can they stack to be used in a single purchase?

I was thinking about signing up, but the terms and conditions say the personal shopper gets all of your purchase information -- major privacy invasion -- so opting out later is important.

tested out a little theory that didn't work, so save yourself the time:
once you sign up for the personal shopper program, you can't opt out and get more points again.. it's a one time thing.

doesn't take it back. Tried and Confirmed... but it could happen over a period of time (but i doubt that). what i do notice though, is that the person I signed up to my first personal shopper is still there (after i opted out and signed up under a new one)!!! gah now my shopyourway page is filled with her activity and crap...
jusr unfollow her... she will be gone..

what are you talking about exactly? If you are talking about coupons and points, yes they can be stacked.
If you are talking about the freebie points given every thurs. and the points from this. They are added together, so you can redeem a higher amount (example: $4 from this week + $5 from Personal shopper = $9 in points to spend)

I think it's this: Click Apps, Personal Shopper, About, the Gear icon, then Settings, then Opt Out. Yeah, really hidden. I'm not sure if it will take back the points though. Has anyone tried it yet?

I was able to opt out and still retain the points.
