Were there any Full size?
In my store, they said they have only queen size, I am looking for a king size but 350 is worth for a try . I got one for myself.

Here is the dumbest question. Can it be used on a metal bed frame and without a box spring? Here is link [amazon.com] for the bed frame.

grrr. i bought this mattress in April. i wish i had the receipt so i could re-buy and return.

It is a really good mattress not too firm or too soft and does not get too warm either.
Since Costco knows everything you have purchased and what price you paid, there is no need for receipt, . Go in and ask for to have the price difference refunded. Wink
On another note: the mattress appears not to be resting on a box-spring. shake head
If it's solid foam, of various sorts, what does it need to rest upon? Thanks! bounce

No, it needs support.
I have 2 of these. Purchased them when it was $150 off last time.
The queen is on ikea slats - http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog...oom/24827/

The king is on box springs.

My parents used the queen for about 45 days last year. They didn't have any issues.

I've been sleeping on the cal-king for 8 months or so and I wake up with a sore back once or twice a month. My wife has no issues with it.

You can return without receipt. I would buy at sale price and then return that same exact one for full price, or whatever price you bought it at the first time.

It's Costco... You can return it without the box.
Put it on top of your car, drive to Costco and tell them you are not happy.

I know that Consumer Reports has rated NovaForm Serafina 14" as the #2 in their best-buy ranking for mattresses. Anybody has any experience which they can share?
I'm planning to get one soon.

I have mine resting on a platform bed... before i bought it I shopped around other stores and they all told me that foam mattress do not rest on "box springs" but they have something different called "platform base" (I do not recall the exact name) or we could put it on a bed.

thanks for the tip about the refunding the difference

I just purchased the 12" model. If you are a handy person, I built this for about $60 for a king using lumber from menards.

http://www.myfamilylovesit.com/bl...tform-bed/ I painted mine black. If I would do it again, I would make the 2x4 frame slightly smaller dimensions then the bed because my bed is about an inch narrow and half in short so the corners stick out.

Thank you, but this raises a stupid question: what's the difference between resting on a solid board and resting on a box-spring? Again, thank you! woot

I read that foam needs to have smaller spacing in between the supports. Some box springs have fiberboard on top while some of them do not. Ill see if I can dig up the link and PM it to you, but its been about a month. You want the ones with fiberboard because the foam can press through the unsupported spaces. I did read you could slat them as well but you don't want more than 4" or so between slats. Same article.

Also the mention in the other quote about not using a box spring would fit in. A platform base is essentially a solid board.
