I asked Dropbox Support and even posted on their forum and nobody has any answers... "Storage full or unavailable" message NOT resolved yet!
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I'm not able to open or install any items in the Dropbox app. I continuously get a "Storage full or unavailable." message. I'm only using 5.8GB (60%) of my Dropbox space; my computers all have 100+ GB of space available; my external SD card has 14+ GB and my phone has 7GB of space available.
Any thoughts, tips or tricks?
FYI I can install and open everything using ES File Explorer, but it's an extra step that I shouldn't have to do.
BTW I can also access everything fine via desktop, tablets, laptops etc.
