I called and was told that the shipment was delayed, but would arrive to their warehouse tomorrow, at which time, they'll ship out as early as tomorrow and if not, on Wednesday. Tracking should be available tomorrow is what they said.
I called them today and they told me that they did not receive any blue/black ones and will refund those. They did however receive the white/pink ones. I have yet to see a refund email on my blue/black 3ds and a tracking order on my pink/white one. Lots of disappointment.
So far, they haven't shipped it, even though they said it would be today...
I ordered a 3DS XL June 25, got the same form email that's been posted here already to my first email (their phones went to vm when I called first, no response to my message). I've asked for an update on the 10th biz day and a refund or taking number yesterday...no response to either emails.
I hope somebody at least receives a refund, so I know I can get one.
