This laptop has space under the cover (on the bottom) to put another SSD hard drive but you will need this bracket:

1) HD SSD eSata Bracket Part# 10NTG
2) Call: 800-456-3355
3) Ask to be transferred to the Latitude Technical Support and mention to them that you are missing the Hard Drive bracket that came with your laptop noted above.

(Note: Reviewed computers have different CPU and HDD from the model for sale)

Relevant Questions that would benefit most:

1) What is max upgradeable RAM? One slot? According to this [zdnet.com], it says max 6GB? . According to the official spec sheet [dell.com] , it says 8GB
2) Is it thin profile SSD only? Or any normal one? According to this [notebookcheck.net] it's a 9.5MM SSD drive.
3) Is there anyone who know its weight please? 3.9lbs with the 6-cell battery, or 3.4lb 4-cell battery.

The ad says " 3rd Gen i5-2700 "

Edit: Ok, the front page says that, but i5-3337U is in the list of inventory.

Saw this a few days ago. Great deal. It's basically like a Vostro 3350 chassis with the Latitude name. Not sure what's so different.

From looking at the specs it looks like it comes with an external 8X DVD +/- RW Drive. Thumb ups

"E/Module, External Media Bay - 8X DVD +/- RW Drive"

This deal is even sweeter for people who bought a sale item recently that came with a Dell gift card.

It is a nice price and I considered it; but, I got the XPS 14 Ultrabook last time for about same price which is a bit better machine after they took the 1 year in-home service and "premium" phone support, I believe they no longer do that. Got my XPS for $304 after all was said and done.

I can tell you that these 6-cell batteries on the i5-xxxxu chips last a good 7-9 hour depending on usage which is awesome for a business machine. The 768 res is disappointing and SSD is a bit on the low end, other than that looks sweet. nod

Seems like you got a sweet deal!
What were the main specs?

I'm definitely looking forward to the 7-9 hour battery life. Mainly going to use it to browse, do spread sheets, review contracts etc. Won't be gaming or watching movies etc. I like that it's a little rugged as I'll be running around with it a lot.
