On eBay, there's a good deal for QNIX QX2710 Evolution II monitor.

I've watched the price since it was $309, now it is $269 US plus free shipping. I think it is a very good chance to get it. The seller seems to be a good seller as well, as I previously ordered several products from him/her.

QNIX QX2710 LED EvolutionⅡ 27" 2560x1440 WQHD PLS Computer Monitor *Matte for $269 US. They also offer FREE shipping service. Here some information:

Panel: SAMSUNG PLS (Matte, but glossy might be available as well. I'll update it after making sure.)
Inputs: DVI, Audio In/Out
Response time: 8ms
Type: LED (Slim)
Resolution: 2560*1440

There's also a perfect pixel version. Just in case,

I personally think it's an awesome deal to get it.

Well then I guess I have to wait. I'm ready to pay 50% more than a 27" monitor. Considering the current deal, my target price is $404 laugh out loud
Lets hope the competition drives down the prices of 30" monitors too like it did for the 27" ones.

Edit: Also with 4k displays coming in like the Seiki 39" 4k TV @ $649, hopefully there would be some action in the monitor space (27" - 30") too.
that 39" 4k seiki was $500 for a little while... Wink

Received mine today. Plugged it in, TINY TINY amount of backlight bleed at the bottom, midway to the left side. Not a single dead pixel I can find. HOLY HELL this thing is huge coming from a 19" Samsung. Haven't tried OCing yet, but thus far, I'm impressed.

Gonna take some time getting used to turning my head while gaming. lol

Minimal lightbleed, some from the bottom right corner and no dead pixels or stuck pixels

Received mine 2 days ago, couldn't hook it up and use till yesterday Frown, but so far so GREAT! No noticeable backlight bleed. I haven't tried all the monitor tests or oc'ing yet. I just wanted to game in 1440p glory as soon as I hooked it up. Smilie

Holy wow, the stand is awful... I actually thought I broke it when I first changed the angle. Now that it's in place I won't have to move it though. But the screen, oh the screen... mmm... lovely. Beautiful. I played bf3 on 1440p for hours right after hooking it up and the step up from 1080p is great... as is the size increase from 24".

I'm pretty excited to tweak the settings and oc in the next couple of days. My xfire 7870's ran 60 frames like butter. I'm aiming for 90 with similar results. I don't play on ultra as the performance drain is not worth it for the small increase in detail, but I did do some testing and it ran great. My hybrid ultra/med settings was perfect.

I'm very glad I went this route instead of the ASUS or Dell versions. So happy, I'm considering getting another for my office, or for the 2nd display (to replace the existing 1080 24" screen), or who knows... I just like it.

Just got mine today after they went out of stock. When I hooked it up to my 2012 Mac mini i7 via display port, I was speechless. I see full resolution. No dead pixels or bleeding. Big Grin

Congrats to all those who got one. I've loved my 27" (Catleap) and would buy another Korean monitor in a heartbeat if there was more room on my desk!

Has anyone noticed any motion blur during gaming (particularly fps) even when this monitor is OCd 110hz+ ?
