Lego Back To The Future is now available on Amazon Prime. Currently you may order up to 5 of the sets (Opposed to the limit of 2 at lego.com). I'm guessing these will go quickly since they are brand new and a limited production quantity. Probably a good investment for the holiday season.

Finally we have a Back to the Future LEGO set!

These seem to be going for double on eBay, because they were only available at the San Diego Comic-Con, well now they are available to anyone.

Yeah I stocked up, if they don't turn out to be a hot buy on ebay around the holidays I know (and who doesn't) lots of people that wouldn't mind getting Back To The Future / Lego toys as a gift.

Personally I think they should also release the Biff Tannon Manure Truck crash scene as well.

Are these CUUSOO sets generally a limited production? I know Minecraft sets were a hot item last year, but that is also a current hot video game. This seems that it would be more value to collectors rather than kids, especially if these have the Flux Capacitor spelling error.

I believe they are limited. They might produce more of these since it is for Back to the Future. I've heard they might have a other Back to the Future sets coming. Maybe the spelling error ones will be rare collectables. Smilie

Anyway, I believe I saw on LEGO's Facebook page saying something about resolving the problem with the spelling error. My guess is they will send you a new brick with the correct spelling.

I believe a portion of the sales goes to The Michael J. Fox Foundation (for Parkinson's Research)

That was a huge money maker for me. I'm guessing you weren't very good at timing, or got too greedy.

This is great news! I missed it at SDCC, haven't had time to drive to a Lego store, and was not looking forward to paying tax to buy this. Amazon and OP to the rescue!

Also, the date says 1958 since that was the date Lego started. It's an inside joke.
