Not bad if they have something that you like. 90% of the tires that fit my car are "Special Order" and can't use the promotion. Another few have a sale price applied, which nullifies the promo as well.

That said I found some 97W tires (Falken Ziex ZE329) that seem decent for ~$650 with ~$121 mail in rebate for a grand total for $530 for 4 tires installed with road hazard warranty for 45k mi. Not bad at all if you just need tires!

I was looking at the Falken Ziex ZE329 too but it was on sale so no 10% off. Where does Falken rank in regards to Goodyear and Michellin?

my price is not reflecting buy 3 get 1 free. Seems I'm being charged for all 4. It does show 10% off. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Not a bad deal, for my car, I have 215 45 17 tires, I can get some Continental DWS for 147 per tire * 3 * 90% + 75 for install for 472. Including install that's a pretty good price for some nice tires!

nevermind, this deal is only for non-special order tires. All the tires I kind of like seem to be special order. Kind of lame, I'd hold out for a discount tire deal. Lower starting price, so it ends up costing about the same, but you get the selection of tires you want!

The free one comes in the form of a mail in rebate. So you pay for 4 up front.

The buy 3 get 1 free is going on pretty much all the time. I did it like 2 years ago when I got a set of Cooper Zeon LTZ's for my truck.

Not working on any of the tires I could pick for my car. Says "cart not eligible for code" with no explanation.

This is almost always the deal at Pepboys. I hate that their deals are so rigid though. I'd rather go to STS where they will cut you a reasonable deal without a promotion or rebate. Often you can get tires below advertised retail prices, mounted, balanced and installed. I once got a set of 14" Toyo tires mounted, balanced and installed for $72 apiece, and they gave me half price on a wheel alignment to boot.

My Pepboys experiences are not good. Was supposed to get $100 back in rewards and only got $25. Wait times are disgusting for simple oil changes and new spark plugs. Never again

Bad experiences for me at Pep Boys too.

I wait for periodic coupons and buy tires at Discount Tire B&M (www.americastire.com) , Costco , or Sams Club .
