Enter the zip code of where you plan to use the phone. The deal is the first one listed on the page (I tried a fist full of different zip codes, and the same deals appear for each. Entering your zip is just a formality it seems.)
When you select shipping, make sure you select the "FedEx Free Overnight Until 8/30/13 - $14.95." Don't let the $14.95 scare you; you won't be charged that. It's just stating the amount you saved on shipping. I'm pretty sure if you select any other shipping option, you will be charged.
I did get hit with Indiana tax, bringing my final bill to around $16.50
Reading the fine print on their site, this reconditioned item looks to have the same 1 year warranty as any of their phones.
If you don't like the idea of reconditioned, the same page has the new version of the phone for $49.99 with a $15 gas card thrown in. Use the same FRIEND1 promo to bring that down to $44.99. So, that's $29.99 after all promos. Again, you get free overnight shipping.
For a price comparison, Amazon has the same phone (new) for $49.99 with free (standard) shipping.
Reviews and comments for this phone are pretty positive. Here's one guys in depth opinion:
