That would be true had they only upgraded the screen from the Series 9.
I challenge everybody who thinks super high-res screens don't make a difference to use one exclusively for a week or two, then go back to a puny 1080p screen. I do a lot of (tiny) text reading on my portable devices.
For anyone interested this is about 276ppi and that's as sharp as reading from paper. You dont have to be graphic designer to use this, If your planning to do a lot reading (journals, books, articles) then then this will be delight (and your eyes will thank you).

I've wondered what people do about software that simply doesn't play nice with DPI settings?
For instance, I use Photoshop CS3 and it ignores my Windows' DPI settings. I have no idea if they changed this in later versions, but there is plenty of software that will look microscopic at this resolution.
Do people simply squint a lot? Just wondering how people manage at resolutions this high.
