Looks like it works on sale prices. That is a GREAT deal. Puts a french door, bottom freezer model below $1000 for me which is a great buy. Thanks and repped!

Thank you OP. My fridge broke in the last 24 hours and we are throwing out food now. This is perfect timing. Which one are you guys gonna get. I like the idea of spending less than $1,000.

Now I am wondering about whether lowes, home depot or sears will accept this q. We are coming up on Labor Day and maybe we will get lucky especially since the q says good on sale items which is great. Also on other threads people say refrigerators these days cause issues so maybe getting a 5 year warranty is worth and that BB's extended warranty is more expensive than Home Depots.

This would be the one: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Samsu...ab=reviews

I'm in negotiation on a house right now. If they don't give us the fridge, we'll get the one above. I think this is a pretty solid deal, and I can finance with no interest for 18 months.

edit: I've looked, and I haven't seen another 20 cu ft french door fridge for under $1000. Period.

Thanks. I've got to measure the space. It is tight for height and for door opening radius. And need to into extended warranty prices. I can wait a week to stack this on Labor Day sales.

Thanks OP.
I bought this one from Pacific sales (inside bestbuy). They can match bestbuy price and apply this $300 coupon as well. So total is $1139.99Cool

If you have space you can get the biggest one 31.6 cu ft (same width but several inches deeper, so it sticks out further) for $2069 at Lowes. Reg price is $3299. Don't know about using the Best Buy Coupon with this. Home depot agreed to match that price (after going three levels of employees for approval), but would not give the 10% price match guarantee since it is not in their "store stock, although they do have the same fridge on the floor at 10% of reg price. (Model RF323TEDBSR). Best Buy also has the same fridge but with current sale and coupon was still $2369. Warranty at Lowes is about same as Home Depot for 4 additional years (5 total) at $149. Lowes will also deliver in a couple days normally and Home Depot is normally 5-7 days. (YMMV depending on model/stock).

FYI- If you buy in store at Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy), you might want to buy gift cards at a grocery store (Safeway, Kroger & affiliates) and get the 4x on gas rewards. Nice little bonus savings on gas for several fill-ups. Keep in mind, I do not think you get the Rewards points when you pay with a gift card at Best Buy, but normally the gas savings far outweigh the $10-$20 you would earn in rewards. Buying $1250 in gift cards will get you enough gas rewards for 5 fill-ups. If you have a 18 gal tank that works out to an additional $90 in savings (assuming you use that much gas in the time before they expire).

Very nice. We've been looking to get a new fridge, and this deal might finally push us to do it.

Quick question - with HD's "free install and haul away", we want them to 'haul' it to the garage. Anyone think this would be a problem? I assume not, but better safe to ask.
