This review is from: Dil's Royal Tea, Raspberry Tea, 100-Count Foil Envelopes (Pack of 2) (Grocery)
Dil's Royal Tea is certainly not fit for royalty. Seriously, this stuff is rank...it truly rots! When I placed the order, I was somewhat hesitant, given that it was not yet rated. But, then I thought, "It's English tea...how bad can it possibly be?" As it turned out, this was faulty logic, indeed. After brewing for the prescribed time, the resulting liquid neither smelled nor tasted like tea, or raspberries, for that matter. It had a sickly sweet and decidedly chemical aftertaste. Needless to say, I would never purchase another product from this supplier. "Caveat Emptor!"
This review is from: Dil's Royal Tea Pure Ceylon Ginger Tea, 20-Count Tea Bags (Pack of 24) (Grocery)
I took a chance and ordered a case of this. I love tea, but lately I think that it's been a little hard on my liver or something because I have been experiencing some nausea which I have associated with my tea drinking, so I thought maybe ginger tea might work better for me. And it does. This tea is smooth-tasting and yet the ginger taste is fairly strong--so don't get it unless you like ginger.

2.0 out of 5 stars disappointing September 9, 2011

The description says loose leaf tea, well, it does not even resemble loose leaf tea. What it is, is more like powder/ground tea, similar to what you get in bag tea.
I did not return it because I did not want to go through the hassle.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good tea but NOT Royal Ceylon September 12, 2011

It is a good tea about comparable to Lipton gold label, however is is NOT royal Ceylon tea. Royal Ceylon is much more rich flavor than this. Tastes like it is half first cutting and half second cutting tea
good price... but maybe i should wait for another deal on taylors of harrogate?
