Do you use coconut flour as you would other flour? Got any suggestions?
Thinking about getting the mesa. Anybody have any great recipes for using it? Maybe I need to get a tortilla maker.
coconut flour gets very dense, I mean VERY. compensate with adding more water than usual when used for baking. It wont be ideal, but if you are wanting to stay gluten-free (or paleo!) then this is the best by far.
I tried making fried chicken breaded with this stuff. It sure adds a sweet flavor to it
if you like Bob's Red Mill, check and see if you have a Big Lots near you!
They have the best prices on BRM stuff.
Other than this time, they consistantly beat the amazon price.
I did write up a list of items/prices in my original msg, but there was an error... sooo...
Today's amazon S&S prices are better than some of the big lots prices.
However, if you wait at use a 20% off coupon from big lots to stock up on the BRM stuff, it will be an even better deal.
I'm still jumping on some of these prices because I can get it NOW and not have to wait for a 20% off coupon. but just another suggestion for folks that like these products.
14 oz Pure Life Chai Seeds, normally $19.99,
14.99, sale price through 8/31
Buy 1, Receive 10,000 Balance Rewards Points (that is $10 to spend on other things at Walgreens) through 8/31
Use $3.00/1 PureLife Naturals Product from SS 6/9 (exp 10/31),
so the Chia Seeds are just $2, can repeat this deal as many times as you want, if you have multiple coupons.
