Amazon has an extra 20-25% off on Nexia Home Intelligence Products. I just bought this same deadbolt at Lowe's for $199 + tax. Amazon has it for $129.60 w/ free two day shipping.
The finishes available at this price are "aged bronze" and "satin nickel".
The discount will show up on the checkout page.

I also went to Kroger and bought $150 in Amazon gift cards to get the extra fuel points.

This is also available at the same price.

If you want aged bronze at the same price click the 3 new purchase options beside of the used items for sale and purchase it from Amazon.
If you purchase something through a post on our site, Slickdeals may get a small share of the sale.

AVOID THIS LOCK IF YOU PLAN TO USE Z-WAVE! (OR IF YOU CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO NOT LOCK YOURSELF OUR OF YOUR OWN HOUSE)
See the MiCasaVerde forum - this lock has major firmware problems and getting an upgraded one takes a month - you cannot upgrade the firmware yourself. I was locked out of my house when using this lock, after struggling for hours to get it to properly pair up. See this thread for more info, but buyer beware! http://forum.micasaverde.com/inde...25442.html

Nexia Home Intelligence is a new way to run your home, from wherever life takes you, by bringing together the best home automation technology with a simple way to manage it from a distance. We're all busy, on the go and being pulled in a hundred different directions. That makes staying on top of what's happening at home especially hard. Our system, brought to you by leading household brands Schlage and Trane, uses the latest wireless technology--out of the way and invisible--so there's nothing to figure out. With Nexia, you can make your house behave the way you want it to -- control locks, lights, thermostats, cameras and more, all from your computer or smart phone.

Supported by leading household brands, such as Schlage and Trane, Nexia lets you affordably manage your home the way you want as your needs grow. With the use of a Nexia home bridge, you can wirelessly connect most Z-Wave based products to your home network. Gradually build your system with cameras, locks, lighting and small appliance controls, thermostats and sensors over time, or implement a complete home security and energy management solution from day one.

Nexia Remote Monitoring Service

To utilize the great features of remote access and control your Nexia Home Intelligence system provides, a monthly subscription of $8.99 required. Your service subscription comes with a free one-month trial period that enables you to experience the benefits of this system before billed. There are no contracts or cancellation fees, and any unused months will be refunded. Additionally, the Nexia Home Intelligence system requires the Nexia Home Bridge (sold separately) for wireless connectivity.

This is Z-Wave Compatible and can be used with other systems. Nexia is not required.

If you decide to use this with Schlage's Nexia controller and it's monthly service, yes, you'll have to pay for that . However, if you use this with eg MicasaVerde's Vera controller or the Homeseer solution there is no monthly fee and free apps are available for both Android and iOS

It's a grade 1 which is the highest. The cheaper ones like the Plymouth keypad are grade 2.

As a general recommendation, the noise of the motor and gears in these keypad deadbolts drive me nuts. If they make something where it just instantly pops in and out of place, like spring loaded or something, get that, its worth the extra money. If not that, something that moves the bolt very fast.

After entering the code to unlatch the bolt, does this lockset also open the door? It seems with no handle you need something to use to pull the door open, no?

It's a deadbolt not knob or handle set.

Use the manual knob inside or a key outside.
