I was told by a CSR that they in fact are Not shipped but emailed 2 to 4 weeks later. If you notice there is No actual FedEx # to track when you go to the order page online. My two orders (with $125 GC & Advantage GC ea) have been that way for days. Frown

Received the TV today, courtesy of UPS. Thanks to them I have to generate an RMA for replacement. Apparently a corner of another box fell on the face of my TV and is now useless. I had a suspicion something could be wrong when I saw where the box was damaged.

I'm in the same boat. My TV came to me today and the screen is completely cracked. You couldn't tell unless you turn it on though. Somehow it's cracked internally. I'm so pissed at UPS for damaging it but there's nothing I can do to get them to take responsibility.

Dell won't do anything except refund back to the gift card but then I am stuck with a $400 Dell giftcard with nothing else to buy that's even remotely slick. Still trying to figure out what to do about it.

Just checked shipping on my order, and the delivery date went from 9/23/2013 to 11/04/2013. Not very pleased with that...

On the bright side, I'll get GTA V on Monday.
As an update, my tv showed up last night bounce

I have some settings for my UN32EH5300FXZA. Now these are just my own experimentation and may not be for everyone. I usually find high color drive annoying and you might want more pop, where I want a little more detail. Anyway here it is. BTW the TV is only hooked up to a DTV HD reviever at this time.

Mode: Movie
Backlight 16
Contrast 93
Bright 50
Sharp 21
Color 46
Tint 50/50

Advanced:

Color Space Native

White Bal:

R Off 22
G Off 25
B Off 24
RG 5
GG 23
BG 22

Gamma +1

DC Off
BT Off
Flesh 0

Picture Options:
Color Tone Warm 1
Noise Filter Low
HDMI BL Normal (greyed option)
Film Mode Off (greyed)
Motion off

2 things I would consider changing would be a slight change in Tint compensated by skin tone.

The other I would like to try would be changing the parameter of Gamma in service menu. I think 0 is too low and +1 a little too high. Would like to try a middle value and add a click of brightness if necessary to compensate (higher backlight seems to torch the whites and hurt my eyes). So right now would like to see just a touch of darker black without sacrificing detail. If anyone thinks this is safely possible let me know. I think the panel can achieve this.

Remember if you change anything in there you have to re-enter all settings again.

Nice Thanks. So far a pretty good TV. Menu response is a bit slow, no big deal.

So mine shipped out via Ingram Micro and is the UU02 A Samsung panel.

Probably put my i1DisplayPro on it to calibrate tomorrow.

Hope to hear back from you on results. I don't have the hardware or the experience to do a calibration at this point though I've seen it done.
