does anyone know how these quick fires are for real runners? There are reviews out there, but I have a feeling the reviewers aren't frequent/long distance runners.

How do the sizes run in these and are they good quality?

i'm not a long distance runner, but I have a pair of these and love em. Very comfortable, true to size.

Not a fan of these colors(the black ones have more of a pink trim than the pic shows), but I'd be in for a pair if I was.

I have the ZigLites, those are terrible for running, heavy, too much cushion, just not made for running. Looking at the QuickFire's profile I would say it's about the same. Point of reference, I ran 78 miles in July, 65 miles in August, and so far 58 miles in September. I would say 20% of those miles were in the Ziglites, the majority in Free 5.0s and AdiZeros.

Cause I wear 10.5 in Nike Free 4.0 v2 which I think is a size up from what I normally wear :/

Wish I could find a pair of the same ones I have now Frown. Best shoe I've ever had

I have a pair, lightweight, comfortable and breathes pretty well. Not sure if they are good for a long distance runner, but I would says these are good for average usage on asphalt and some trails.

I also have the zig lites and I love them! I am a casual runner and in my book more cushioning the better. My knees dont ache after running in these. If youre not running 78 or 65 miles a month then these are for you.

QUALITY

I install solar panels on roofs.

Usually buy Zig active or real flex with the thick soles, last me around 4 months.

Bought a pair of the 1st black & weird salmon colored zig lites, only lasted 6 weeks.

Wish they would have the good ones on sale again. Wouldn't touch these even at $20.

Very comfortable for everyday stuff & gym though.
