We do have a General Support number 888 743 8107 and it's located on our website, and on your credit card billing statement if you have a question. We just created this number specifically for slickdeal users and their questions.
Where exactly is your number located on your website?

I just checked and I don't see it either. So there are multiple people who do not see the number on the website at this time. It's not on the home page [freedompop.com], it's not on the "Support" page [freedompop.com], it's not on the "Contact Us" page [freedompop.com], etc... Where should we be looking?

Got it. You can use 3G to make phone calls. You'll have to test it out yourself for quality since it really depends on location.
If it's on your website it's pretty well hidden. One might think it would be somewhere on the "About" or "Contact Us" pages, but it's not.

Why don't you have your phone contact info. listed on your website like other merchants do???
The answer is clear when you actually try to call them. The only contact method is by email. If you click "Call an agent," instead of a phone number, you only get an ad trying to sell you their $4/month "VIP support" plan. If they made the phone number easy to find, they would have fewer people give in to their silly "protection" plan.

What is the warranty on this device?

I have an Original FreedomPop deal device.

It works well for the most part here in Orlando. I leave it in the car to use and use my phone's LTE when I'm not driving.

2.5GB mobile plus 1GB free during driving with FreedomPop; paying $60 per month for T-mobile on a 5S.

The only problem I have had with FreedomPop is that I have "do not automatically top up" checked on - but it still doesn't stop you from going over your limit. And if you go over it just automatically charges your account. Though I've only been over a few times since I've had it.

I'm celebrating my 1 year anniversary with FreedomPop, an original Photon user here. Yes it does work in protection site markets! I mainly use mine when traveling to big cities so the WiMAX only coverage is not a big deal, but I can't wait for the LTE MiFi devices to be kitted so I can swap out for one.

Is there a plan to swap existing photon users with the new LTE Mifi devices? What would be the cost? I am an original photon user - and I am OK with the quirks of this freemium service.

I was told there was, probably because we paid full price for the device.

We have a 30 day return and a 90 day warranty. If you're referring to how we would handle users who still wanted to continue w us after Sprint shuts off WiMAX in 2015, then wouldn't probably be a completely free exchange. These devices are $34.99 and LTE devices are much more expensive. The one we offer now is $150. The details haven't been determined, but chances are you might have to pay something to upgrade.

Have you added 10 Freedom Friends? that might get you more of a buffer. There is a delay in reporting that can sometimes result in this, but personally if I just slow down I'm caught by our system and suspended.

Whoa! Congratulations! Send us over your account info and we can get you some data for this. So cool!

You can sign up to get more info by contacting customer support, but the LTE mifi is slightly more in cost. You'll have to pay the difference.
