FreedomPop's business plan is starting to look like it's not customer-oriented at all. I'm not sure that I want to do business with a company that is using loss leaders followed by hard upsells for confusing rate plans, where revenue is based on misleading the customer. I'd much rather be involved with a company that might be a little more expensive, but discloses everything right at the start. As I mentioned before, Ting is a very good example, essentially going after the same market except offering talk, text, and limited data instead of just cheap data. FreedomPop's managers ought to spend the $6 and sign up for Ting, just so they can see the difference in customer friendliness.

I missed out on this deal. Do you know if it will be offered again any time soon or if there are any promotions for the Hub Burst? I'm considering cancelling my cable internet and going with this and the 10GB/month service with this device.

I did not check the roll-over option, yet I was still being charged for it. I called and talked to Jiel and he generated a ticket and assured me with the refund. Yet it's been 30 days and no refund and even worse, I got charged again for the roll-over option. Please help.
