they better. or they will have to change their commercial ads.

i can't wait to argue with their managers about this ad. if not, i can be on the local news complaining to their headquarter. my local news station loves this.

Their TV ad says "Extra charge for breast piece substitution"

then they shouldn't say "piece". they must change it to 10 wings instead. besides wings and breasts on their "piece" what else could it be? it's misleading and it could be bait n switch too. their online ads do not have any fine terms or asterisks.

i dont get it.

i dont care whoever defends this ads in anyway. it's misleading.
when you only have 2 items (wings and breasts), you shouldn't use a universal term 'piece' to describe the cheaper one.

KFC near me is always out of stuff. Multiple times they've been out of grilled chicken. Once they were out of popcorn chicken. Not to mention always running out of random other things. How the eff can a chicken joint be out of chicken?

I agree it's misleading, but all the online ad says it's "any way you want it". They can technically say that's a mixed piece bucket, and the "any way" is only referencing the type of chicken (boneless, original recipe, grilled, etc)

i wasn't talking about "any way you want it". it's called 10 piece buckets.

The ad says "10 Pieces Any Way You Want It" not "Any 10 Pieces You Want"
