Still using mine with ICS... works fine, very stable. I have the case, but need that touchstone charger thingy. I wish I bought one back when they were cheap and available.
I don't have my TP anymore but may still have a wireless charger (touchstone?) for it somewhere. send me a pm. maybe I can send it out. also might have a couple covers too if anyone else is interested.
I have spent countless nights browsing net and watching movies on my Touchpad with CM9...awesomely stable with perfect wifi speeds! I use it pretty much everyday to check news headlines and weather, and occasionally YouTube...
BTW, what I really want is the touchstone charger! Was never able to grab one when this whole TP thing was going on...
After set it to cm9 one year ago i delete many files now can not get it dual boot or update anymore. Anyone has link to fix or reset is highly appeeciate eventhough it work gox for my daughter learning spelling via youtube and watch cartoon flawless
I just remembered that I have 2 32GB Touchpads still in shipping boxes unopened. They were for my brother-in-law who was suppose to pick them up the next time he visited. I put them on a shelf and forgot about them!!
The camera and bluetooth are both working on this version and the battery life is pretty much as good as any of the android roms gets.
I've been using this Android 4.2 build for a while now. Indeed it's the best build I've tried so far. I don't think there are any 4.3 builds with functional bluetooth so if you want BT this one is probably your best bet. I do have some occasional issues with the wifi though. Sometimes the wifi will be turned off if the TP is not in use for a while. And then I'll have to manually turn it back on. Other than this it's great.
My wife and I still use our touchpads. I bought 4 of them and they are all running fine. I've dropped it a few times (once on the glass part), but no damage. The only damage was the plastic near the speaker. I ripped it and now have tape over it to keep it in place.
I use it mainly to run the facebook app and to view my ip cams.
I think I have CM9 on it and everything but the camera works (bluetooth and wifi are not issues).
I'm thinking of upgrading another touchpad to 4.3.
I had a charging issue a few times where it will not charge. I believe the battery has been deeply
discharged. I couldn't charge it on the touchstone charger, so I plugged it into the usb charger. That didn't work so I unplugged it for a day and plugged it back to the usb charger and noticed the home button was blinking like a cyborg (back and forth), then CM booted.
If your touchpad isn't charging, just leave it sitting w/o charging. After some time, use usb cable to charge and keep your eye on the home/start button.
I got 5 of them sitting around. family members switched to nexus and I'm suppose to get around to updating them. mine of course is bricked with open multi error. It would have been the best tablet if it weren't for battery drain leading to brick. like another poster said this tablet is great for streaming and videos.
