Looks like Joe's New Balance Outlet store on eBay is having some great sales. Men's and Women's Shoes start at $19.99 shipped. Looks like a great time to stock up on tons of styles and sizes.

It's a shame these sales are almost always on their lower end stuff which has become absolute garbage compared to the NB a few years ago. They're giving in to Wall Street profit pressures like every other brand now. IMHO the only 2 NB shoes worth looking at anymore are the 993 and the 2040. The 993's seem to be remaining stock only at $109 to $119, and the 2040's are $200+ most places, but you can find a deal sometimes.

This statement is only MY OPINION AND RECENT EXPERIENCE. I'm a very big guy and I require a lot of durable cushioning for comfort. I kill most shoes in under 6 months because of my weight. They still look brand new but the cushioning is no longer supportive and my feet and back begin hurting as a result. I extend the life for a little extra time with new insoles, but these never compare to the original cushioning the shoe offers. Many normal weight people will find many of the NB offerings just fine. My needs are different, that's all.

Thanks to the OP for posting the deal. though! Smilie

I got the MX417 men's for my work where I walk 10+ miles daily.

Which would be a good choice for very little running and mostly just walking, playing disc golf, etc?

Figures, the only 2 pair I would consider putting on my feet and nothing close to my size.

It's ok, don't need to spend money on shoes just yet, mine don't have gaping holes in them yet.

I bought mine before this went FP and just came back to check and see if I wanted to get any more. They have doubled the price on the ones I bought earlier.

Any of these good for standing all day? If so, which one is best for standing/walking all day?

Grabbed two pairs.
2 pairs of running shoes for less than 50 bucks!
Sweet, thanks.

How do you get the lower price? It's only showing higher price.

They started raising the prices due to high demand and limited quantities. It happens when you're on SD and 2 hours late. Happened to me and I was 1 hour late.

I have a pair of 608s that is good for standing all day. However, I have noticed newer NB shoes don't have as much padding as older ones and take longer to break in. But once broken in, they are still some of the most comfortable shoes on the market. And for someone like me with a 4E foot, in athletic shoes, NB, Reebok and Avia are it. Asics isn't a true 4E, it's more like a 2E. Out of the three, Avia has had great deals in the past but currently nothing is $20 but the shoes I bought in this deal. The best deal was the Kohls "hiking" Avias for $18 or whatever it was. Those shoes are so comfortable, I wish I had bought five pairs. Now they don't even make them anymore.

Got the 421. I was going to buy the m750 at Overstock but my size just sold out, others still available.

Meh. Seen much better sales on their website. And they don't practice the adaptive-urlhasbeenblocked trick there.
