Well I was excited for this, until I read the 600 pts part. That is considered "low" points? I'm somewhat new to MCR and have 100-150 pts or so if I entered everything I have laying around. Guess I'm not getting anything out of this, oh well.

I have 1776 points and I've been saving up all year, redeeming only when there are bonus/double pts offers available, and I barely have enough for 3 of the gift card deals.

So, yeah, with your points you can get some Free 30-pack codes at most.

I might have a thousand or so.... I usually use the coke points on their sweepstakes (hopeless) or magazine subscriptions.

Yeah, I have about 1500, enough for Target and Best Buy GC, and then hopefully some 12 pk q's. I also made sure to make extra accounts since last year they limited you on the 12pk coupons.

They used to be 500 points (or actually you got $50 gift cards for 1,000 points) but yes 600 points is considered low for $25. That's only 200 Coke caps and it's only 100 caps if you exploited the Kangaroo Express promo this year. It definitely doesn't make collecting Coke points a no-brainer but it makes it a somewhat worthwhile hobby. You do have to do more than just entering codes from Coke products you drink yourself. But there are a ton of caps that just end up in the trash or recycling bins, so it's possible to accumulate tons of points.

Since most cards are one per account, You should open accounts for others at your house. You are allowed 5 per address. I "Manage" accounts for 4 people at my house.
Then you can get multiple cards for the one you want. and skip the ones that stink.
Yeah this is the first year I've opened up an account for my wife so I'll be cashing in. I just don't have the energy to collect like I used to though, so multiple accounts probably won't help me a lot in the future.

Yeah I actually just started collecting these since I've been doing the same for Mtn Dew caps for the Xbox One promo. At some point it occurred to me, while I'm looking in these recycling bins at work for Mtn Dew caps, might as well start grabbing Coke caps as well. It only takes a few mins of my day and is oddly enjoyable for some reason.

Guess I'll have to get nice and stocked up for next year! Looks like I could get a 12 pack or two this year though.

For ppl that have hardly any pts you can try playing subway catching fire iwg. There are 40 and 250 pt mcr prize codes. There are 4 free codes tht i believe are all active. So youve got 4 free chances to win something.

i'm concerned the rewards program may not be continued to next year - i posted the question on their fb page & they responded that the program had been going on for a long time....but they would let us know 'soon'...........?????

Keep in mind the 12 pack coupons were unlimited for like 2 hours on one day last year.

Coincidentally when the electric company here decided it had to work on the lines...

I would use the 12pk coke coupons at Target when coke was on sale. It would take off the max coupon value (4.99?). So if 12k was $3, I'd get $2 off whatever else.

With a weekly limit of 125 points that can be entered, you pretty much have to have been saving for the whole year if you want to get more than a few of the prizes. With a few exceptions, this is the only time of the year when I spend my MCR points. Considering how a gift card at regular price costs way more than 600 points, this is a good deal!

Some of the prizes like McDonald's, if like last year, will be $5 and 90 points or so. Definitely get the free 12 pack of cokes too!

Maybe I should actually start using some of my 14,599 points, lol. I really hate not knowing if the program will continue. As per their website

"How long will My Coke Rewards run?

The current phase of the program ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2013, and you can enter codes up through 11:59 p.m. ET November 30, 2013. We started this up back in early 2006, so we’ve been doing this for a while. We have to take it year by year; the program has been extended in the past, but that does not necessarily mean it will happen again. In years past, extensions have been communicated near the end of the year, so please read the full Terms and Conditions and keep an eye on these dates. Codes can be entered through November 30, 2013; points can be spent through December 31, 2013.

Check out the new rules from January 1, 2013 for complete details and dates."
