11/15 12:26 EST I called and the waitress said that their website has problems due to volume and to try back after the first of the week. She would not take my order over the phone and said it was a web only offer. So deal is probably not dead, just in a coma.




UPDATE:

Called asking about the 10 dollar shipping. I ordered mine at 12 EST on Friday, and it is CANCELED. I got a confirmation, but she said that my order is still canceled, as they ran out of supply.

They are sending an email soon with information regarding the canceled orders.

Really poor way of going about business IMO. It's been several days since they knew it was canceled.

My orders were placed 11/16 8:30pm. Yes, I have 4 tracking numbers. 1 order has 3 boxes. the other 3 orders are single boxes. Total of 6 boxes.

I'm not sure if my orders were fulfilled because I've been doing business with Olio Carli. I'm sorry not everyone got their order.

Well, I would have to say this IS a shady company based on this data; if you placed 4 orders after this person placed one and yours were shipped while theirs canceled, then absolutely yes, complete BS shady!

This company is a joke! One whole week has passed. You either ship out the orders or inform your customers of the current order status. Cancelled? Delayed? Or else? They have no communication with their customers at all. Even if I receive my order, I would never order from them again.

They cancelled my order as well. Order Date : 11/15/2013 2:19:18 AM Eastern

Should've known from their terrible website that they wouldn't have been able to handle a large volume of orders.

How to check the order? I had ordered on 14th and customer service rep couldn't locate my order, it must have been deleted. They are not bothered about customers I guess, there is no email, nothing.

What a pathetic company.

Doesn't make sense. Those who ordered after 15th - orders fulfilled. 14th and 15th orders were canceled. Do they process backwards?

I got a confirmation e-mail right after placing my order. They readjusted my total after I e-mailed them due to the extra shipping charge (9.99). I got my tracking today and received my order today.. has everything they promised. Maybe the pan is different? but still a good price!

I haven't received anything yet and I don't see a charge on my card. I'm assuming that I am not going to receive anything. I was kind of looking forward to trying this oil. Oh well.

I hate to be redundant, it seems that anyone that placed orders around the time I did, they've been approved. I'm curious if You google the Olio deal, if the sale will be fulfilled? Today I picked up my first order, it was 3 boxes of oil, carafes and sauté pans.
Monday should be the next 3 boxes I ordered. I don't know what the logic is, how they process their orders. It worked for me.
Husband broke into a box of oil today, he Loves this stuff.
Instead of calling the Company weak in Customer Service Skills...just try placing Your order again.
