Get your holiday party gear.

These are actually pretty good because they all seem to actually be sweaters. Too often "ugly Christmas sweaters" are just sweatSHIRTS, which are far different. These are authentic and ugly. Wink

They should pay us to take these ugly sweaters off their hands. That would be a real slick deal.

Agreed. Ugly Xmas sweaters are supposed to be discovered at your your local garage sale/thrift store, or Grandma's attic, not bought on Amazon. Add this to the rest of the new "retro" crap they make for hipsters.

While I do agree there is the advantage in a new ugly sweater in that: the new sweater is likely to be of potentially better construction due to better technologies; the new sweater will not have the stench associated with some second-hand stores. Salvation Army clothing generally has a smell that NEVER washes out. It is the worst when you are ironing and get blasted by it.

EDIT: I will admit that the hipsters help me out. I am technically a nerd, a computer nerd at that; but, I have learned from the hipsters that I should dress properly - since we all see how pitiful it can be if you have no idea of how to dress(ie: hipsters) - and I have therefore improved my dress-habits to the point where people think I put significant effort into it. I put very little, though my picky-about-style brother seems to agree that I look like I have my own personal tailor half the time. Smilie If it weren't for hipsters I might be dressing poorly. They opened my eyes to how horrible one can dress. Unfortunately, I have never understood why hipsters go for odd retro things when the key is never dress retro, but always dress timeless.

They could make some money off new sweaters modeled after the hideous Christmas one's you'd find at a thrift store, for those who find thrift stores repugnant but want to fit in at their ugly sweater party.

Also, surprised that ugly sweater parties are still a thing, but I guess it's basically just a Christmas version of an 80's party..

Did anyone else hover their mouse over the girl just to see that sweet dumper?

Yup, the reverse view is much better IMO.

These sweaters are frickin funny. I actually want to buy and wear them, shame they are expensive. I don't think they are ugly if they are meant to be funny. It is just those sweaters that are supposed to be charming and that people think are cute that are shite.

Who the hell is Alex Stevens and why is he making these sweaters. These models have to be asking what has led them to this. I am pretty sure this is just one level above snuff films at least as far as their careers are concerned. That blond chick looks especially pissed.

If you hover back and forth over the three girl photos in a row... it almost looks like she's dancing for you. Naughty naughty!

Plus these are too svelte and well designed to be truly ugly, they're kitchy. But the good side is that you could actually wear these thoughout the season as just a fun sweeter.

I'd argue that this one is truly ugly: http://www.amazon.com/Isabellas-C...96&sr=1-12

FYI: thesweaterstore.com also has a huge selection and is about the same $25 to $40 price area for most sweaters.

I've been looking for an ugly Christmas sweater at garage sales and thrift stores for over ten years, and have NEVER found one. The only few that I've ever stumbled across were womens sweaters, and they were still $25 or higher at a thrift store.

That said...I won't pay $30 for a new "intentionally ugly" sweater from Amazon. Where's the spirit in that?
