I've seen these for $50-$60 listed on Amazon for a while (Moga Pro) and loved the idea but hated the price.

Geekbuying has them on sale now for $23.99 with plenty of time to arrive by Christmas.

Deal link: G910 Wireless BT Gamepad Game Controller - $23.99 Shipped FREE [geekbuying.com]

For anyone not familiar with Geekbuying: Reselleratings.com rating link [resellerratings.com]

I picked a G910 up when I found it listed at $34 on Amazon and have had mine for about 6 days so far. The reason G910 is preferred is because it is identical internally to the Moga Pro and plays all of their games + more.
It has an expandable cradle to fit your phone (fits my Samsung GS3 and my wife's iPhone 4 great) but I've been using it with my CX-919 PC Stick on the big screen mostly.
For anyone curious, it also works perfectly on a Galaxy Tab 10" tablet too.
Basically, anything with Bluetooth capability and Android 3.2 or higher will work.

Eventually I'll post a video if anyone has questions that I can help out with or want to know about specific games. I've been too lazy busy playing games to bother. Big Grin

These will be under the tree this year for the 12yr old and 14yr old that we have in the family.
They're impossible to shop for but we know they love video games so, at less then $25 shipped and proven to be a good buy, this is a no-brainer.

There's lots of informative reviews out there and links to videos, firmware, gamecenter apps, etc that I'll add to the wiki below.

Enjoy!

NOTE: For iOS, this is only compatible with iCade compatible games. This is NOT to be confused with the new iOS 7 Apple-approved "official" controllers such as the Logitech and Moga ones announced this week.

DPAD (You know if you care): this one copies the 360 DPAD. The MOGA Pro in contrast is very close to Nintendo DPAD in feel and design.

Without gory details, two things kept me away.....

1. No decent China Android offers vs. what we can find here in USA with name brands

2. Got rear-ended by an illegal (Southern California cliche, I know) and spent some time in the hospital with a fun list of injuries.

But, happy to be back and happy to find a product actually worth chirping about. Big Grin

p.s. I always loved that avatar. hahaha

What's a punctured lung and a few cracked ribs between me and my new friend from south of the border.

Also, it's all about the Neil Degrasse Tyson that puts it over the top. worship

This is a good deal. I would like to point out though that anybody with a rooted android device and a ps3 can simply link their DualShock 3 to their phone with bluetooth. I don't want to void the warranty on my note 3 so I think I may jump in on this deal. Just bought a mk808b tv stick from geekhack too in anticipation of scoring a nice TV this black friday.

can also use a wired xbox 360 controller... not sure about wireless xbox 360 or xbox one controllers though...bet a google search will say... but this is a little cheaper and gives the option of having the phone holder which is nice

That SomeCoolTech guy is everything I wish I were on Youtube and more.
I just don't have the time, production value, or personality to keep up with a guy like that.
He's one of my favorites on the entire internet.

This works with iOS 7, yes.
There's video of it on Youtube, just check around - having said that, I think this probably shines better with Android devices because you can take it from the phone, to the tablet, to the bigscreen TV seamlessly.

Geekhack, haha. Love that.
If you keep up with their blog like I do, you'll see that the name is fitting.
They constantly update their PC Sticks and devices with new firmware or upgrades.
Really dedicated to their customer / user base, unlike 99% of the China sellers out there.

As if to pour salt on the wound, his name was David. Confused
Also, in keeping with the norm, he was too drunk to be injured.

Doesn't it always seem like the drunk person in these types of accidents walk away without a scratch?

And, finally, thankfully, luckily, mercifully, my 3yr old daughter was in the car and was ok.
She had a 5 point harness seat and only had bruises where the belt marks were.
I suspect she may have been drunk since she also avoided injury, but didn't want to run that theory by my wife. shake head
My enemy appears to have been soberness and a steering wheel.
