Yeah I got in with the n66w deal also. I'm gonna stick with it after reading the reviews especially those that used it with uverse, like I am going to.

EA6700 is discontinued on linksys website. Be careful.

I just bought one, missing the router deal yesterday. Cnet recommended buying a EA6500 because it was cheaper then the EA6700, but with this deal its ~30$ cheaper then even the EA6500, making it worth it... Thanks OP!

How does this compare to TrendNet TEW-812DRU? It's also an AC1750 router currently at $100. Available at Amazon too!

[edit] or how about Netgear R6300 for $30 more?

According to the smallnetbuild, Trendet is using 600MHz for 812DRU compare to EA6700 is using 800MHz processor.

How is this compared to the TrendNet N450 router on sale now at newegg as well? Is there any significant/noticeable difference in speed/signal strength?

This is tempting, but my N66 that I've been using for the past 10 months has been kickass. Signal is strong enough to share with an N16 that I've placed in a neighbor's house.
