Nope. Public Indexer < Private Indexer(nZEDB > Newsnab)

In reality they each serve a purpose.. Once automated Usenet is far superior. Now if you're looking to back-fill older content, then Torrents are the way to go. Each one serves a purpose, but Usenet continues to be superior.

any idea how they compare to tweaknews? I have the 10mb plan on tweak but was maxing out around 6mb last I checked. Bucket is also cheaper but everytime my 3 months is about to expire I get an offer for 3 months at 10 euros for the 10 mb account.

I left Tweak for Bucket and haven't looked back.

thanks. I may do the same when my 3 months are up in 1.5 months. Are you able to get the advertised speed? I'm not even close on Tweak.

Yes, I always get what they promise. I have to throttle it back or it'll make my connection unusable for other stuff.

Well this sucks, I logged into my account today to noticed status as "cancelled" which I didn't do.

So I get to online chat:

Alex: Welcome to live chat support.
Alex: Hello.How may I assist you ?
xxxxxxx: Hello, I submitted a ticket last night when chat was down.
xxxxxxx: my account is saying status as cancelled
xxxxxxx: I didn't cancel service and haven't received any notices
xxxxxxx: i checked to see if paypal was still going through, which it has
xxxxxxx: not sure why its saying that
Alex: May I know the Member id/ User name ?
xxxxxxx: Member Id:
xxxxxxx
Alex: Please wait while I look into your account information.
xxxxxxx: ty
Alex: We lost one of the disks in our billing system and realized that we had lost data for a few users during the recovery process. Unfortunately your account was affected and the only option available at this point is to sign up for a new account.
Alex: We apologize for the inconvenience.
xxxxxxx: can you assist me with that, I want to keep my 4.95 billing that i had
Alex: We are not authorized to deal with this issue.
xxxxxxx: who can i contact then?
xxxxxxx: this is a huge issue
Alex: For more information regarding this you can submit an offline ticket.
Alex: Our higher team will look into it and get the best solution for you.
xxxxxxx: okay thank you

This sucks.
They are shady as hell, seems they are canceling a lot of $5 lifetime subscriptions.

Yep also got this via email:

Hello xxxxxx,

We can't see what plan you were on before. We don't have a way to reinstate the previous account as the data was lost.

We would like to help, but that plan is no longer in our system. I won't be able to offer that level of pricing at this time. The only option available at this point is to sign up for a new account.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
