Sorry, You Missed It! Unfortunately, this campaign is over.
Twitter response: Sorry, max # of Cardmembers have enrolled in #AmexAmazon offer. Visit amex.co/faves for more offers
DEAL IS DEAD
Sorry, You Missed It! Unfortunately, this campaign is over.
Even though enrollment is dead, if you added the offer to your card before the campaign ended, you can still use it through 12/31.
Multiple ways to sign up (limit 1 per card number, doesn't matter where you sign up from)
Twitter: tweet "@AmexSync #AmexAmazon" and wait for confirmation http://t.co/AWLAYm3EKn
Online Amex account: https://www.americanexp
Online registration: https://enroll.amexnetw
Please note that this registered Card number is the only Card that can receive the offer. Any other eligible Cards (including those linked to the same account) must be registered separately.
"Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 12/31/13"
Don't expect the credit to show up immediately. In the past, for other offers such as Best Buy and BP, for AMEX owned cards (ie not fidelity, etc), the credit showed up 2-3 days max after the charge actually posts, but is back dated. So normally you order today, charge posts in two days, credit by day 4-5 at most.
Easiest Option, No twitter Required, Can be applied to ALL your Amex Cards https://enroll.amexnetw
Tried this method. Did not receive a confirmation email from AMEX. Earlier, with another card synced with Twitter, got confirm email from AMEX almost instantly.
Easier option: Just login to your Amex account. Then go to "Offers For You" tab (near bottom of page) and save the Amazon offer
If you do this, and have multiple cards on the login, open the "Offers for you" for each card in a separate browser tab before adding to each separately, or it will disappear from all but the first card you add the offer to.
If separate tabs are being used, care should be taken to select the offers from all tabs quickly, or Amex will close the tabs on you after 10 minutes (Going to Amazon to place orders can take more than 10 minutes).
*On the terms and conditions page, it shows Offer Valid 12/1/13 - 12/31/13
Instead of asking the same about questions about how Amex Sync works over and over here, the Master Thread of all Amex Sync Offers, including FAQ, is found here.
- Does anyone have first hand experience of buying $75 Amazon Gift Card and receive $25 statement credit?
Yes, it works with purchasing a $75 gift card. The card will say sold by ACI, but I still got the AMEX confirmation email instantly after ordering.
anyone tried with multiple purchases and received the confirmation emails?
Yes, using two different Amex cards under my name and received confirmation emails from American Express in under 30 seconds. (e-gift card)
- WIll it work with SERVE Card?
- WIll it work with CITI Amex Card?
YESS! I registered on https://enroll.amexnetw
ork.com/US/en/Amazon/ and I got the "Thank you for using your registered American Express(R) Card ending "
- I haven't gotten a tweet confirmation after I tweeted them just now to get the offers???
It will come in ~50min or so. They are doing it one-by-one.
- According to the offer details in AM, it should be in total $75.
"OFFER DETAILS: Get a one-time $25 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to spend a total of $75 or more online at Amazon.com by 12/31/2013."
- If you ordered something on 11/30, edit your pending order to change the payment method to you linked AMEX card or just cancel it now, and order again on the 12/1/2013. Just to be on the safe side. I Just cancelled my gift card that I've just bought. As long your statement shows that you ordered something on 12/1 or after, then you're good!
- Apparently doesn't work on the purchase of Prime Memberships:
- How do I find out which amex card I have synced?
Go to amex.co/Twitter, click "Sign in with Twitter" and we will show you a secure page with your Twitter username and the last 5 digits of your connected Card.
Or check your email account(s).
Subject should be "Your American Express Card is Synced!"
Or "Success! Your Amex Card is Linked!"
The sender email address is AmexNetwork@email.amexnetwork.com
- Be careful ordering multiple physical items <$75
Amazon often splits up orders and only charges when shipped, so orders of multiple physical items <$75 may result in two or more charges and no credit.
Please list here your screen name and date if amazon.com gift card worked for you (and received amex confirmation about $25 credit)
This should give quick confidence to those who want to buy GC
Name / Date of GC Purchase / Date of email confirmation of $25 credit
AMEX Blue Cash Preferred
AMEX BLUE SKY CARD
AMEX TRUEEARNINGS COSTCO CARD (Not sure if it is selective. It did show up in my Costco Card and I have saved it... rndman) Showed up on my Costco Amex too - ChefJoe. Showed up under My offers.
AMEX Starwood Business
AMEX Blue Cash Everyday
AMEX Hilton HHonors
COSTCO AMEX/ Bought e-GC / Email received in 5 minutes / $25 Credit posted to account today (2 days after purchase)
Looks like you get instant confirmation of gift card purchase if you sync'd through direct sync website or "My Offer" tab on account page
But no instant email if you sync'd through Facebook or Twitter
Offer for multiple cards -
I have 2 cards registered under the same online profile and forgot to do the multiple browser windows trick
to get it for all cards. The offer disappeared after I chose it for the first card.
I then enrolled the second card manually via https://enroll.amexnetw
Got an email and also shows up under "My Offers" for that card.
E-Gift cards work fine.
