Looks like a deal through Comcast
I do not believe you have to be a Comcast member to get this deal.
Free Activation Fee promotion I believe only runs until today (12/01/13)
$200 Prepaid Card offer is only available 11/27 – 12/6
Requires new tablet activation or new 2-yr activation of a new smartphone.
Sales may be limited. Here are couple phones that caught my attention.
Iphone 5S 16GB (Gray, Silver & Gold) $200 - $200 Prepaid Card = Free!
Ipad Air 16GB $529 - $200 Prepaid Card = $329
Droid RAZR HD Black $50 - $200 Prepaid Card = (-$150) MM
Galaxy S4 Mini $100 - $200 Prepaid Card = (-$100) MM
Did not see any Galaxy S4. May not be part of the promotion deal. Worth to ask.
Couple other phones available.

Select month-to-month which doesn't have an ETF. You can cancel your plan after you get the $200 gift card. Works best if you're already a Verizon wireless customer, in which case you will only pay $10 per month until you get the $200 gift card.
After signing up you can switch to the Unlimited Talk/Text 2GB plan for a flat $60 per month (plus taxes). Existing or brand new customers, does not matter. There is also a $45 per month plan with unlimited talk/text and 250MB data being offered by Verizon (supposedly for a limited time). This is currently the cheapest existing plan for post-paid customers.
##### On getting the $200 promo:
They have lots of staff to take new sales order, but not enough staff to process the $200 promo, gee you think?!
You guys are wasting time calling Comcast and Verizon, the REPS ARE TRAINED to give you the run-around. They are hoping most of you will give up and go away quietly. Same with rebates, you win some, you lose some.
File a BBB complaint to both Comcast and Verizon and call your credit card to do a $200 chargeback for not honoring purchase agreement. It is now on them to response to that chargeback. DONE $200 back.
