Great ladder, bought one a half year ago and find new uses for it every week. Initially used it to paint a stairwell.

I got it to paint a stairwell too. My husband wanted me to hire it done but I do the painint and spending and would of rather had a crappy job and an extra $1k.

damn. do these deals come around often? Just moved into my first house, and all I have is a 6' fiberglass. Have no current need for a big ladder like this but I imagine down the road it'll come up

Ok, this is just a difference of a couple of bucks, but if you go to Lowes and show them the black Friday ad for $125, they will match the price plus 10% ($125 - $12.50 = $112.50). This is what I did, since I had already bought a discounted GC to Lowes (which are hard to come by for HD).

BTW, this ladder is heavier than it looks in my opinion.

Well, kinda...Big Grin

Now, I just tried to buy this online and use the HOLIDAYTEN promo code, but since there is only in-store stock left, it is up to the store whether or not to honor the code, and mine isn't. Frown

$125 is still a heckuva deal on this, and i'm not complaining, it just would've been slicker if they'd paid my sales tax for me.

It's worth it. http://slickdeals.net/f/6514580-bowflex-xtreme-se-home-gym-is-marked-down-from-1599-to-1299-at-bowflex-and-when-you-use-800-off-code-flexcyber-it-drops-to-only-499-free-shipping?v=1

But seriously, this ladder is incredibly effective. Yes it can be a haul, but I'm content with the $160 I paid for it back in March. Worth every penny (although worth more for fewer pennies). Used it to install our house Christmas lights last night.

For the various modes you can use this, how compact it gets, and the brand, (plus this price!) You'd be VERY hard pressed to do better.
